Spastics Society of India was founded in 1982. We have been an independent institution since 1994. The Government of Karnataka granted the land on which our campus is located. This magnificent tree of many services, interventions, and programs grew from a small seed into a gorgeous banyan tree with columns of aerial roots that aid thousands of children with developmental problems. At the main campus, as well as various sub-centers and associated centers, we presently serve 5000 children each year.

The community, experts, parents, and volunteers, as well as the children’s efforts, have all contributed to the development of this seed into a splendid banyan tree.

To date, we have served over 60,000 children and families.
